Our engineers installed a new self checkout kiosk at Muriel’s Fish and Chips, Newtownards.
Using Self Service software from ICRTouch, customers can now use the interactive touchscreen menu to place their order and pay without in-store assistance from staff.
Allows for automatic upselling of additional items, saves time, saves staff, saves from errors at the point of sale, and offers Muriel’s an interactive advertising platform when the system is not in use.
Orders placed at the kiosk screen automatically transact with the main till and the kitchen video screens throughout Muriel’s kitchen, so no orders are missed, or misplaced. Payments are taken directly at the kiosk too.
