2021 is quickly drawing to a close and it honestly feels like it’s been the fastest 12 months ever.
We will be taking a well-earned Christmas break, but before we do, I wanted to pass on my thanks to everyone.
To all our customers, we thank you for the continued business and support throughout the year. We are a small business and that’s what drives us and makes the difference. We value the fact that so many customers put their trust in DH Business Services to help their business. There are too many customers to individually name them all but hopefully you all see this and know the value you add to our business.
Our suppliers, amazing as always and we owe you a huge thanks.
2021 was going to be a tough year, but who would have foreseen huge hikes in container costs and logistics. With many different obstacles for many businesses, thankfully our POS system suppliers were on the ball and we pre-ordered a lot of POS equipment in advance of Brexit and lockdowns, so we weren’t too badly effected, if any shortages occured throughout the year, our customers were upgraded for free. We’ve always had till rolls and credit card rolls in stock and we’ve always had a sufficient stock of POS systems available. We have managed to stay competitively priced and now thanks to our web developer, everything is available locally online too.
Then the DH Business Services team. Often kept locked away in the office, on the road or found in a local coffee shop. We have a dedicated team of engineers and support staff at hand when needed in both the UK and N. Ireland.
